Gold Yarrow is a perennial herb that is commonly known as fern-leaf yarrow. An upright, clump-forming yarrow produces masses of tiny, long-lasting, bright golden flowers appear in dense flattened plate-like corymbs (up to 4 inches across) throughout the summer. Very drought tolerant, good pollinator plant.

Size: Grows 3-4 feet in height with a spread of 2-3 feet.     
Light: Full Sun  
Soil: Well-drained; tolerates a variety of soil conditions 
Water: Low water requirement 
Bloom: Gold flowers, blooms all summer
Other notes: Fern-like foliage; Deer resistant. The plant was said to be used medicinally to stop bleeding and to heal the wounds of soldiers.
Uses: Wildlife garden, butterfly garden, xeriscape, excellent cut and/or dried flowers.
