Harmony Manzanita is a Sonoma County Arctostaphylos densiflora horticultural selection suitable for the garden.  This stunning smooth, red-barked beauty tolerates most soil types, is drought tolerant, yet able to survive flooding.  This easy care, low-growing shrub withstands both very cold and hot temperatures.  In Spring, Harmony is covered with clusters of urn-shaped pink flowers drawing hummingbirds and butterflies.  Prune in late summer.

Light: Full sun on the coast, afternoon shade inland
