Artemisia pycnocephala, this Artemisia cultivar is hearty and easy to care for when provided its preferred conditions.  This is a compact low growing evergreen mounding shrub with silvery-white foliage reaching up to 1 foot tall and 3 feet wide at maturity.  Summer flowers are noticeable small, yellow but not showy. This plant prefers a coastal climate and does not tolerate overhead watering.  Great for borders and as a ground cover.  Deer resistant.
