This is a blend of four mild mustards - each with a different shape and texture- from up-right and smooth to crinkly and curly. Harvest with scissors: “cut and come again” method after plants are 5 inches tall. Mix: Tender Green, Florida Broadleaf, Southern Giant, and Mizuna.
