Amazing Taste F1 cauliflower yields dense, 6-7 inch dome-shaped heads with tender, creamy-white curds and a superb mild, nutty-sweet flavor. This early maturing and hybrid  cauliflower should be harvested as soon as the heads are fully filled out. The extra strong outer wrapper leaves protect the heads from sun discoloration. Can be eaten raw, steamed or roasted.
