Eruca vesicaria - Rocket Arugula

Pot size: 4-inch, 2 plants per pot

This popular arugula variety, with the familiar serrated edges, adds a peppery bite to a sandwich or a salad. Rocket grows well in both fall and spring, and is adaptable to either full sun or partial shade. Leaves will grow to 6-12 inches long. It is both cold tolerant and drought tolerant- a true year-round crop for our area!

Planting/Spacing: 8 inches apart
Days to Maturity: 40 days
Hardiness: Can handle light frost; possible to winter over
