The varieties in this custom mix will all be 1-2inches size at the same time, with an appealing flavor and texture combination, as well as beautiful color presentation. The mix includes: Red Acre cabbage, Peppergrass cress, China Rose radish, Red Giant mustard, and Sawtooth mustard. These nutritious microgreens can be grown year-round and will be ready for harvesting as early as when the cotyledons (first leaves) appear!
