Phaseolus vulgaris - Fortex Pole Filet Beans

Pot size: 4-inch square (2 plants per container)

Fortex may very well be the best pole beans you've ever grown. This super long variety features pods over 10 inches long. They are a stringless French filet-type bean: rich, sweet, and mellow in flavor. They can be picked at 7 inches, but remain just as tender at full length. The vines are prolific and will produce for an admirably long season. As with all pole beans, these plants will require staking/ trellising. 
Sun Requirements: Full sun
Planting/Spacing: 4-inches apart; staking and trellising. Will grow to 6 feet tall.
Days to Maturity: 70 days
Hardiness: Easy to grow, but caution with roots- try to plant in full clump straight from pot, without separating or disturbing roots.
