Everett's Choice California Fuchsia is one of the lowest growing of all fuschias.  Its fuzzy grey foliage hugs the ground, seldom reaching past six inches in height. Vivid red-orange tubular flowers are a magnet to hummingbirds with the flowers covering the sub-shrub from summer into the fall. The color contrast between the leaves and blooms is breathtaking. This perennial has a very fast growth rate, and is most often used as a groundcover next to a path or planted to trail over a wall. Deer resistant, this perennial can really dress up areas in your garden that are often somewhat bare. Bees, butterflies, and insects will flock to it!

Size: Height/ 6”, Spread/ 2-3 feet.    
Light: Full sun or partial shade
Soil: Tolerates a wide variety of soils; good drainage required 
Water: Drought tolerant once established, low moisture
Bloom: Blooms summer into fall
Other notes: Will spread quickly into the area you wish to cover; truly adapts to almost any soil. 
Uses: Ideally suited as a groundcover or low ‘trailer’ over a wall; also ideal for hanging baskets (it trails well)
