California Early Garlic has ivory skins with just a slight tinge of purple and is a very popular softneck variety bred for our state. We have planted them in gallon containers (at least three bulbs in each) and they can be harvested directly from these containers when ready (no need for transplanting). Our garlic sold out last spring; order early, order several!
