Solanum melongena - Rosa Bianca Eggplant

Pot size: 4-inch square, deep

Rosa Bianca is an absolutely gorgeous Italian eggplant variety that is white and lavender colored. Fruits are 4-6 inches long, rounded (the same shape and size as Beatrice variety). Rosa Bianca has very little bitterness and a rich creamy texture. 

Sun Requirements: Full sun
Planting/Spacing: 18 inches apart (2-3 feet tall)
Days to Maturity: 80 - 90 days
Hardiness: It is vital to not plant eggplant outdoors until it is consistently possible to keep plants warm (60+ at night, 70+ during the day). Fertilize monthly.
