Beatrice is an absolutely gorgeous Italian eggplant variety that features bright violet fruits. Fruits are 4-6 inches long, rounded (the same shape and size as Rosa Bianca variety). Beatrice is renowned for its high yields and early maturity date.

Planting/Spacing: 18 inches apart (2-3 feet tall)
Days to Maturity: 62 days
Hardiness: It is vital to not plant eggplant outdoors until it is consistently possible to keep plants warm (60+ at night, 70+ during the day). Fertilize monthly.
