Red Russian Kale is also called "Ragged Jack". The leaves are flatter, yet still boast toothed edges. This kale is thought to be the most mild and tender of all varieties. The leaves have bright purple veins and stalks, and grow to 2-3 tall; beautiful in the garden. A delight eaten either raw or cooked.
