Elegant, swaying stems feature carefree scarlet blooms that provide a bright contrast to other color schemes. Scarlet Flax requires very little water and tolerates hot and dry conditions as it heavily attracts pollinators. You can expect blooms year around with mild climates, and allowed to go seed, will enjoy months and years of color.

Water: Moderate to low moisture (once established, low) Bloom: Bright red flowers from spring into fall Other Notes and Uses: Flax is fantastic for borders/edges and beds, as well as rock gardens, cottage gardens, and Mediterranean gardens. It's a show-off plant!
