Gangbusters longstanding spinach is an especially vigorous and fast-growing green with smooth, rich green leaves and wonderful flavor. Enjoy the first outer leaves as baby spinach in salads. Delicious at full maturity both raw and cooked. Spinach likes to be fertilized several times throughout the season with fish emulsion solution. Roots are sensitive: careful when transplanting!

Sun requirements: Partial to full shade during hot summer months

Spacing/ Planting: 12 inches apart; can be planted between taller plants for shade

Days to Maturity: 35- 42 days (can begin picking leaves when 6-8 are ready)
