Cumin is an annual herb commonly used in flavoring Mexican and Mediterranean dishes, curries, and chili powder. This herb plant is often difficult to find in nurseries, as it has such a lengthy maturity rate. Flowers are a light lavender/pinkish.

Planting/Spacing: 3 inches apart
Days to Maturity: 100-120 days

Hardiness: Grows well in almost any soil type; water deeply. Does not like to have its roots disturbed - transplant carefully, and wait until the soil warms in spring.
