Fall in love with this quirky adorable deciduous succulent with blue-green variegated tubular stems. Pronounced joints poking up like little appendages or rambling prostrate like living sausage links. The deeply-lobed leaves flush slightly purple when exposed to strong light. Over time, it can ramble happily to form into larger clumps, BUT can be hard to grow if given too much attention: water very infrequently. Great for sandy soil.
Size: to 1' w x 18"h Light: Bright light shade, protect from harsh overhead sun. Soil: Well-drained!!! As in 50-70% coarse sand, pumice or perlite. Water: Water thoroughly, then allow to dry completely. Bloom: inconspicuous fluff-balls; deciduous Uses: container, rock garden, houseplant
