String of pearls houseplant is back, but even more fun, with variegated green, cream and occasionally pink leaves! Best grown in warm, dry, bright, indirect light where it has room to freely hang a decorative beaded fringe. More light will bring out the purple and white variegation more fully. This is a drought-adapted succulent, therefore allow to dry completely between watering, then water thoroughly. Allow to dry out again; perhaps for two weeks or even more depending on light exposure. If you have killed this plant, it was probably because of too frequent watering!

Note: Curios have various degrees of toxicity, so use caution around children and pets.

Size:  2' long (or more) x 2"h
Light: part shade; bright window
Soil: Well-drained; 50-70% mineral grit such as sand, perlite or pumice
Water:  Water thoroughly, them allow to dry between waterings. Very drought tolerant
Bloom: not showy, white puffs, scent of cinnamon or cloves
Uses: container, houseplant
