Genus Echeveria has 150-200 species and over 1000 hybrids. When we find a special one, we want to share it with you! Echeverias tend to be easy to grow when somewhat neglected in the landscape or in a container, protected from midday sun. This large one is long-blooming with yellow, and pink flowers on a tall curved stalk. As with most succulents, they are subject to rot if overwatered, so please allow the soil to dry out for at least 2 weeks. Can be grown successfully outside in part shade or indoors in bright indirect light.
NOTE: We have 3 different blue rosette Echeverias this season. For comparison, see the final photo below; upper right specimen. This one grows into a lovely wide green-blue star. Offsets freely.
