'Red Rocket' sports rosy-red, cup-shaped masses of flowers that open in slow succession over many months into conical and stunning blooming spires. The fiery-red blooms are long-lasting, and are a bee and hummingbird’s delight. Echium 'Red Rocket' thrives in warm climates, and is both drought-tolerant and deer-resistant; generally classified as tough and durable. It self-sows, after producing flowers in the second year. This is a dramatic and stunning addition to any garden.
