'Roxanne' eggplant variety is a delicious Italian specialty- a gorgeous purple and white streaked Italian fruit with creamy, mild, and tender flesh. Vigorous plants yield abundant 5-6 inch fruits, elongated with plump rounded bottoms and no thorns on the calyxes to snag fingers when harvesting! Minimal seeds. This is a new product this season!

Planting/Spacing: 24 inches apart (2-2.5 feet tall)
Days to Maturity: 72 days
Hardiness: It is vital to not plant eggplant outdoors until it is consistently possible to keep plants warm (60+ at night, 70+ during the day). Fertilize monthly.
