This heirloom lettuce develops into full heads of sword-shaped upright leaves, and promises a juicy crunch. Plants should be thinned as needed so that they can develop fully. Harvest when heads feel firm. This variety is somewhat heat tolerant. This is a great year to grow your own lettuce!
