Mimulus auranticus, commonly referred to as Bush Monkey Flower or Sticky Monkey Flower, named for its long, thin sticky dark green leaves, is native throughout most of California. Tubular orange flowers bloom along the stems of this moderately growing subshrub from winter through summer attracting Hummingbirds, bees and butterflies. Dead head flowers and pinch new grow to keep the foliage full and fresh.
