Brassica juncea subsp integrifolia - Gai Choy Chinese Mustard

 Pot Size: 4-inch, 2 plants per pot

This Chinese mustard green has a robust mustard and peppery flavor. With other aromatics, it will diversify and add depth of flavor to your stir-fries and salads. It is also used in pickled form. Cooking softens the flavor. This is a new product this season! 

Sun Requirements: Full sun/ partial shade in summer
Planting/Spacing: 6 inches apart
Days to Maturity: 20-50 days (Can be harvested early as a baby green)
Hardiness: Mild conditions preferred, even moisture. Protect from birds with netting if needed.
