NuMex Joe E. Parker is an Anaheim chile, and ideal for roasting, stuffing, or canning, as well as fresh usage. It has thick walls, uniform 6-8-inch long fruit with minimal seeds, and prolific yields. It turns red when it's mature. Mild: 500-2,500 Scoville heat units. This is an excellent container pepper!
