This mild East Asian pepper Is the rage for roasting/blistering, then tossing in light olive oil and salt. Plants produce heavily once they get going, and will supply peppers well into the fall. Wrinkly and small (3 inches), they do not disappoint! (If you are interested in over-wintering peppers, Shishitos are a great bet.)
