With long stems and beautiful fruity tones from pink to plum, Tripe Berry Mix scabiosa are outstanding in bouquets. The 2"-3" wide blossoms have a center resembling pin heads in a small pin cushion. This is a tough, fairly drought-tolerant, very hardy plant with few pests or diseases. Scabiosa blooms for an exceptionally long time in the garden compared to other flowering perennials, and is very attractive to bees and butterflies. Dried seed heads also add interest to flower arrangements.
