Sedum nussbaumerianum - 'Coppertone stonecrop'

Pot Size: 1/2 gallon

Easy, stunning orange-gold foliage for excellent contrast in a rock or succulent garden or container. Low growing subshrub with fleshy 3-inch rosettes of yellow-green to bright orange pointed leaves. Plant in full sun for best color, to light shade inland, in well-drained soil. Irrigate just occasionally. Hardy to at least 28° F. Color varies depending on light and water exposure. A great plant for contrast in the rock garden or spilling in the front of a decorative planter. Individual leaves may fall at the slightest touch, but root themselves to become complete plants, thus filling in as a lovely coppery ground cover.

Size: to 2' w x 8"h
Light: full sun to light shade (stronger color in stronger light)
Soil: Well-drained.
Water:  Dry thoroughly between waterings.
Bloom: White in late winter, early spring
Uses: container, landscape, rock garden, contrast!
