Sugar Pod II snow peas are refreshingly crisp and sweet, and grow on dwarf vines. They can be eaten raw or stir-fried. They should be picked frequently, when the pods are fully formed but still flat with tiny immature peas inside. Note: if you have birds looking for tasty treats in your garden, please net or wire trellis-cover your tender starts up to about 2 inches tall.
