Hedge Nettle is a flowering herb in the mint family, native to North America. Square hollow stems grow up to 40 inches tall, and produce lovely light pink and white tubular flowers with upper hoods that overhang a three-lobed lip. Hedge Nettle spreads by rhizomes, so pay attention and control who it's 'competing' with in the garden.
