This Italian zucchini has deep ribs which make cross-cuts beautiful. The flavor is nutty and complex, never bland or watery. They will stay tender up to 18", although we recommend harvesting at 10" max. Wait to plant until soil temperature is at least 60 degrees. This plant offers improved disease resistance.
