Pot Size: One gallon square, with three plants- one of each color/variety

The crunchy colorful stalks come in a vivid rainbow of yellow, crimson, gold, pink and white with an occasional gorgeous stem of orange. Garden Rainbow chard has a sweeter and milder flavor than most chard varieties. Harvest leaves from the outside for a long season (well into frost). Delicious sauteed, can be used like spinach in lasagnes and soups.

Days to Maturity: 50 days

Hardiness: Hardy, frost-tolerant, can be grown and produce year-round.
