For our seasonal Vegetables Collection this fall, we have tried to enhance the varieties offered for our most customer-popular winter products:  kales, multiple types of greens, beautiful lettuces, extra varieties of beets, chards, etc- we've chosen to offer simply the most popular, tried 'n true varieties. We recommend sticking with your favorites, and then filling in the gaps by adding a few new culinary treats to try this spring! Happy planting, harvesting, cooking, and eating!
